How do I track my order?
After dispatch, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, and major countries across the European Union. Any restrictions will be displayed at checkout.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Can I cancel or change my order?
