We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, and European Union. All major markets are supported.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders over £100. For orders below this threshold, standard shipping rates will apply at checkout. No hidden fees, ever.

Delivery Timelines

Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday–Friday). Estimated delivery time is calculated as follows:

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the provided link or on our Order Tracking Page.

Shipping Partners

We work with trusted shipping providers such as YunExpress, Royal Mail, Evri and local couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Address Changes

To request a change in your shipping address after an order is placed, please contact us immediately at info@casa-evo.com. While we do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee updates once the order has been processed or shipped.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a pickup location, we reserve the right to deduct return and reshipment costs from any eligible refund.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 30 days of shipment, contact us at info@casa-evo.com with your order number and tracking information. We will either:

  • Resend your order at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method, depending on the situation

Customs & Import Taxes

All products are priced in GBP. If any customs fees or VAT apply in your region, they will be calculated at checkout or managed by our courier. Casa-Evo Living Decor is not responsible for additional customs charges post-dispatch.
