Returns & Refund Policy

At Casa-Evo Living Decor, we aim to deliver beautifully crafted home products you'll love. But if something’s not quite right, we’ve made our return and refund process simple and transparent.

- Return window: 30 days from the date of delivery
- Return method: By mail
- Refund timing: Within 7 business days of return receipt
- Return shipping: Customer’s responsibility (unless item is defective)
- Return address: Provided upon request (items must be returned to our warehouse in China)
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at info@casa-evo.com with:
- Your order number (e.g., #CE1234)
- A brief reason for return
- Photos (if damaged or defective)
We will respond within 48 hours with next steps and the correct return address. Do not send returns to the address on the original parcel.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them
- Products must be in original packaging, including all parts, tags, and accessories
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
If items are returned damaged (beyond reasonable inspection) or incomplete, we may deduct a restocking fee based on the loss in value.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of approval or rejection within 2 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days
- Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction
Shipping fees, customs, or duties paid are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our side.
Return Shipping Responsibility
- You pay for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
- For damaged/defective items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and you will not be charged for return postage
- All returns must include tracking. Without proof of delivery, we cannot guarantee a refund
Replacements & Exchanges
We’ll happily send a replacement free of charge if:
- You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item
- You reported it within 14 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence
You do not need to send back defective items unless specifically requested.
Customs & Import Fees
For international orders outside the UK:
- Customs duties and VAT may apply
- These are your responsibility and not eligible for refund by Casa-Evo Homes
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene or safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used personal care products (e.g., diffusers, spa items)
- Custom or personalized items
- Clearance or final sale products marked non-returnable
Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries
If a parcel is:
- Refused upon delivery, or
- Not collected from a pickup point
...and returned to us, we offer two options:
1. Reship for free (must request within 15 days)
2. Partial refund of 75% (25% held as restocking & return handling fee, minimum £20)
Address Changes & Delivery Issues
If you need to update your delivery address, contact us immediately at info@casa-evo.com. We cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed.
If a delivery is delayed or damaged in transit, notify us within 72 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue swiftly.
